The Agent Toolbox suite is a set of Chrome extensions designed for independent insurance agency staff. Each extension provides quick access to bookmark-based forms, auto-populated with contact data pulled from the active page in your CRM or agency management system.
Create a bookmark folder called "CRM Forms" with form URLs containing placeholder tokens. When you click a bookmark through the extension, your contact's information is automatically filled in.
Extracts contact info from Infusionsoft contact records and search result pages. Supports both legacy and new UI layouts.
Data extracted: CRM ID (from URL), contact name, email, phone, and EZlynx AMS account ID from the page.
Works on: *.infusionsoft.com
Extracts contact info from EZlynx account pages. The AMS account ID serves as the primary identifier — no separate CRM ID is needed.
Data extracted: AMS account ID (from URL), applicant name, email (from mailto links), and phone (from ez-phone component).
Works on: *.ezlynx.com
Extracts contact info from Flowlu CRM contact records. Reads CRM ID from the URL path, contact details from data-block labels, and links on the page.
Data extracted: CRM ID (from /account_view/ URL), contact name, email, phone, and EZlynx AMS account ID (from any EZlynx link on the page).
Works on: *.flowlu.com and flow.belmontdigitalmarketing.com
Use these tokens in your bookmark form URLs. The extension replaces them with the contact's actual data when activated.
